Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PACT.Health — the website, the athlete and coach consoles, and the PAX assistant on WhatsApp. By creating an account or messaging PAX you agree to them.

What PACT.Health is

PACT.Health is an accountability layer that works alongside a human coach. PAX delivers check-ins, briefings and adjustments based on the plan your coach sets and the data you connect. It supports coaching; it does not replace it.

Not medical advice

PACT.Health and PAX provide general fitness and lifestyle support only. Nothing in the service is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting a training or nutrition programme, and stop and seek advice if something doesn't feel right. You are responsible for training safely.

Access and accounts

The platform is currently invite-only. Athlete access is granted by a coach; coach access is granted through the pilot programme. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in links and codes to yourself, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Your content

Plans, logs, messages and videos you submit remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service — to store them, show them to your coach, and process them so PAX can do its job. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to access other people's data, no reverse-engineering, and no using PAX to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

The pilot

PACT.Health is in active development. Features may change, be withdrawn or occasionally break, and the service is provided "as is" during the pilot, without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service (which, during the free pilot, may be nothing).

Ending things

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end pilot access with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
