About PACT

A plan is a promise. We're here to help keep it.

Why we built it

PACT started with a phone full of apps. One for food, one for workouts, one for steps, and an AI chat for motivation. None of them talked to each other, and none of them knew the person using them.

Then coaches told us the same story from the other side. Writing the plan is the easy part. The hard part is everything that happens between sessions, multiplied by every client on the roster.

So we built the layer in between: an engine that knows the plan, knows the person, acts at the right moment and learns from what happens. It doesn't replace the coach. It means the coach's method reaches every athlete, every day.

What we believe

Five terms of the pact.

01Accountability beats information

People rarely fail because they don't know what to do. They fail at 9pm on a Wednesday.

02The coach stays central

AI should carry a coach's method further, not compete with it.

03Outcomes over activity

Messages sent is not a result. Sessions done, clients kept and goals hit are.

04People own their data

Your record is yours, and it moves with you.

05Strong, not soft

Warm in tone, uncompromising on the commitment.

Founder

Alex Joyner

Alex built PACT from his own training. The plans were never the problem; staying with them was. So he set out to build something more engaging: a system that turns effort into visible progress, so results improve and every kept commitment feels like an achievement.
